We at Excelerated Oil truly care about being a sustainable company. We therefore take an innovative approach toward making social responsibility and environmental practices an integral part of our long-term strategy. Excelerated Oil works together with you, the consumer, to reduce our carbon footprint and move towards a more responsible society.
Environmental Consideration of Excelerated Oil
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction: 14% of our annual Greenhouse Gas Emissions come from transportation fuels. Increased fuel efficiency as a direct result of putting Excelerated Oil in your engine translates to a reduction of exhaust emissions. Increasing your gas mileage by 10% - 30% has an obvious impact on these emissions!
Less Waste: As a society we cannot continue disposing millions of gallons of oil yearly because of 3000 mile oil changes. If everyone changed their oil at 20,000 or even 25,000 miles instead of 3,000, the oil disposal problem would be drastically cut. This does not include the millions of plastic containers that get thrown away after each 3,000 mile oil change. Excelerated oil sells in bulk, with no plastic disposals. We owe that to our environment.
Recyclability: Excelerated Oil is 99.7% pure and 70% more biodegradable than traditional solvent based oils. Therefore, not only can it be fully recycled but done so in a much more efficient manor. We know that the environment is a big issue for our customers, we at Excelerated Oil are working hard to not only completely recycle our used oil but to also find ways to create added value from the still highly pure used oil. Rest assured that your used oil and packaging will not add to our society’s disposal and waste issues.
Reducing Our Dependence on Foreign Oil: Excelerated Oil, produced from North American crude oil, promises better gas mileage and less frequent oil changes. We know that owning electric and hybrid cars would be ideal, but we also know this isn't an option for everyone- especially in today’s economy. Join Excelerated Oil in taking steps towards transitioning from a gas reliant society and working to see an end to foreign oil dependence.
